Inform Planning - Facilities Planning Studio

From September 2024 to October 2025, I was an executive assistant in Inform Planning, a small facilities planning studio located in Victoria and Vancouver, BC. I helped and collaborated with a wonderful team of women dedicated to make communities across British Columbia, Saskatchewan, Alberta and Manitoba a better place. Projects were for the healthcare, civic, high-education, cultural and non-profit sectors.

On the design aspect, I worked on social media, website (www.informplanning.com), diagram designs, brochures, presentations, reports and also designing RFP’s and RFQ’s. Among notable clients, I could mention Vancouver Coastal Health, University of British Columbia, BC Emergency Health Services, City of Vancouver, Mount Royal University, Port Moody Arts Centre, and more! Besides doing graphic design, I coordinated the Principal’s schedule and helped her organize. I answered and drafted emails, kept check of files, worked on Quickbooks and created a huge project matrix for team organization.

Inform Planning is one of the most rewarding long-term projects of my career, and I’m proud of my time there. I did not only learn about facilities planning, but also soft skills that helped improve my communication and writing skills.
